Terms Of Service
You must follow these Terms of Service
You must pay and be accepted first before I start drawing your request. Your request must fit my art style. If the character design is complex, they will be simplified to fit my style that is required. There are things I will not draw and I have the rights to decline your request without explaining/reasoning.
I retain the rights to display/promote all artwork being done for the client.
My sketches/art piece may not be used for tracing of any kind!
My artwork is not allowed to be utilized for NFT nor AI. This will not be tolerated and will end up putting you in a banned list where you can't be allowed nor accepted to request commission piece from me.
When receiving my art piece, you can "NOT" edit or profit off of them. Credit must be given if posted anywhere for I am the artist who created the piece. My artwork is "NOT" allowed to be placed on products for you to sell. If you wish to do so, you must pay extra for it. Placing my artwork for one self/friends/family is ok. As long you are not profiting off of it.
Commissions will take about a week to complete depending on the commissioning listing and request. If you have a deadline, please notify me before hand. This can't be refunded unless a 2 weeks has past by without the commission being finished.
DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU'RE AT FINANCIAL RISK!
I am not responsible for what happens.
Commercial Use: Merchandises, Book/comic story, Movies/Shows, Video Games, etc.
Commercial work are subjected to an additional terms & a contract must be in place. This can change the original pricing depending on the commercial usage. Commercial Use is consider as "Special Request".
Important Note For Custom Products
Each Pins, Stickers, and Mugs are custom made. The price shown here, are the price for the items alone and not the full custom product. The picture for these items must be drawn by Avery and not a random picture you want on them. Please keep that in mind.
Payment must be sent first before the project starts but you got to fill out a form and be accepted first before you send payment. After filling out the form, you will get notified by the artist if they will accept the request or not. We have the rights to decline any request by anyone without explaining/reasoning. We only accept CashApp and Paypal as a form of payment. Custom Products will take a couple weeks to a month. If you have a deadline, Please notify to me before hand. I will only accept the minimal of 2 weeks.

-Certain Type Of Flags
-Certain Kinks/Fetishes
If your character contains any of these and you still want an art piece from me. I will accept on drawing your character but remove any of the following list above.
